The 2019 event is scheduled for Sunday June 2nd 2019.
The hours will be from 8am until 2pm on Sunday June 2nd.
VENDOR registration and setup will be on Saturday June 1st from 1pm to 8pm, and on Sunday June 2nd from 6.30am to 8am.
All moving vehicles have to be out of the building by 8am on Sunday June 2nd.
This year there will be a variety of food services available
Admission $3.00 per person.
The $3.00 per person admission charge will be collected at a kiosk near the building entrance.
It will be helpful if loonies and toonies are presented to our volunteers.

***NOTE: We will have approximately 190 inside stalls
There will be NO outside stalls for vendors,
but there will be an outside area for Vehicles For Sale.

Vendors are asked to consult with this layout and select their choice when booking stall(s).
This year our stall sizes are:
10' X 10' Inside Stall, 10' X 20' Inside Stall, Vehicle For Sale
10' X 10' vendor stall: $30.00 (no change)
10' X 20' vendor stall: $50.00 (no change)
Vehicle for sale: $20.00 per vehicle (a $5.00 increase)
We recommend that any vendors planning on booking an Inside Stall or an Outside Car For Sale space for the
2019 Swap Meet should contact Lynette or Colin Heasley ASAP.
